   I’m actively evaluating the upsides of pursuing either the CQE certification or the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as I plan the next steps in my career trajectory in manufacturing process engineering. I’m particularly interested in understanding which certification might bring more real-world advantages and stronger market demand, especially considering developing industry trends and skill requirements.

   I came across some side-by-side charts and career outcome surveys that highlight different career trajectories and skill focuses for each credential, which I’ve shared here asq cqe .

   I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from anyone who’s dealt with this decision or holds either certification—how has it transformed your career development and day-to-day work? Any feedback on which might align better with future-focused roles in manufacturing would be particularly helpful.
